Transitioning away from a seed oil diet can have numerous & extraordinary health benefits. I know for me, it’s led to significant increases in things such as my testosterone level, my circadian rhythms, and my ability to maintain EQ balance alongside IQ cognition, among others.

Think what you will about Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s politics, but bringing attention to this major health crisis in America at a global scale is nothing short of amazing. For decades we’ve been consuming what is essentially a diluted paint-thinner.
